AlterAI (“we”, “us”) operates alterai.crm. alterai.crm is an AI Marketing & CRM Studio — create marketing content with AI, publish to social channels, run targeted ads, manage leads, and operate your CRM from one web and mobile workspace.

• Account data — email, name (if provided), authentication codes, workspace membership
• Business setup — brand assets, product info, audiences, and content you upload or generate
• CRM & marketing data — leads, campaign metadata, social connection tokens you authorize, support messages
• Billing data — plan, credit balance, payment references processed by Cashfree (we do not store full card numbers)
• Usage & device — app events, approximate location from IP, browser/app type, for security and product improvement

We use personal data to:

• Provide and improve the AI Marketing & CRM Studio
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse
• Process subscriptions and credit purchases
• Respond to support requests and send transactional emails (e.g. OTP, receipts)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

Content you submit may be sent to AI providers (e.g. Google Vertex AI) to generate images, video, or copy. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process. Generated outputs remain subject to our Terms and your review before publication.

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) under contract
• Payment processors (Cashfree) to complete transactions
• Connected platforms you choose (e.g. Meta) when you authorize publishing or ads
• Authorities when required by law

We retain account and billing records for as long as your workspace is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email agent@alter.business with the subject “Privacy request”.

We use essential cookies/local storage for authentication and session security. Analytics may be used in aggregate form to improve the product.

The Service is intended for business users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
