These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of alterai.crm, operated by AlterAI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

alterai.crm is an AI Marketing & CRM Studio — create marketing content with AI, publish to social channels, run targeted ads, manage leads, and operate your CRM from one web and mobile workspace.

alterai.crm is an AI Marketing & CRM Studio that provides software tools for AI-assisted marketing content creation, social publishing, paid campaign management, lead capture and CRM workflows, team workspaces, and related credit-based AI usage. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Paid plans and AI credit top-ups are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment partner Cashfree. Plan entitlements, included credits, and pack prices are described on our Pricing page and in-app. Taxes, if applicable, may be added at checkout as required by law.

Unused subscription credits may reset or expire according to your plan cycle. Purchased top-up credits are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate laws, including advertising, privacy, or intellectual-property rules
• Generate or distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or circumvent billing
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing brand assets or customer data

We retain rights to the platform, branding, and underlying software. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide the Service (e.g. generate assets, publish posts you request).

Integrations (e.g. Meta / Facebook / Instagram) are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party platforms.

The Service is provided “as is”. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlterAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for paid features is limited to fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, liability, refund rules) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
